Programs
Main Campus
The Elkins Mountain Schools Main Campus program targets youth
who have had placements in the past. Youth must have a DSM-IV
diagnosis that results in severe disturbance in conduct and
emotions leading to impairment across multiple life domains.
Child must be male, between the ages of 13 and 18, a resident
of West Virginia, in the custody of DHHR, and with an I.Q.
equal to or greater than 70.

Oak
Ridge Campus
Youth must have a DSM-IV diagnosis that results in moderate
to severe problems in school, home and/or the community. Child
must be a male, between the ages of 13 and 17, a resident
of West Virginia in the custody of DHHR with an I.Q. equal
to or greater than 70.

Community-Based Services
The Youth Services program is administered in Barbour, Berkeley,
Taylor, Morgan, Tucker, Upshur, Lewis, Randolph, and Jefferson
counties by Elkins Mountain School and Children's Home Society via
a contract from the WV Dept. of Health & Human Resources.

your county of residence.
